Give Stalin another decade and let's make him more adventurous in his Post- War years. What sort've things might he have done if in that time frame? Effects on geo-politics?

Difficult to see Stalin live that long due to how his healt situation was, but if for some reason live some years more and with a certain level of deterioration of cognitive capacity...unfortunely not in the sense of mental capacity but the progressive diminishing of inibition due to previous stroke we can see the Doctor's plot purge not only started but being completed and Jugoslavia being invaded

Implausible that anyone with Stalin's health would had lived longer than 2 - 4 years. Ten years more seems impossible. But even if he lives couple years longer there is not nice consueqences.

Stalin would had begun second round great terror and purges. Molotov, Beria and Mikojan would are gone. There is too some claims that Stalin would had targetted with way or another against Jews.
