Status of Nazis and axis war criminals in a Kuomintang led china.

Assuming the Kuomintang wins the Chinese civil war by 1947, and then proceed to cement it's rule, how would China deal with the naI rat lines and the members of the axis puppet states fleeing around the world? Could the memories of the german-chinese cooperation in the early 1930s trigger them to keep some to train their army and help with their scientifical development?

is this under the scenario the German-Sino cooperation is not ended in favor of recruiting Japan into the Axis? in that case some fair number of military advisors would still be there.

otherwise it seems American ex-military, the US having beaten Japan and in the Cold War at odds with the Soviets, would be there in numbers?

It all goes as OTL, the nazis recall their mission and recognise Manchukuo. The PoD is that the Kuomintang manages to defeat the commies in Manchuria, forcing them to go back into guerrilla warfare.

Unless the sino-german cooperation wasn't broken, they would be deported to the highest bidder

Frankly you might need to butterfly the suspension of ties between Germany and China while possibly not Japan and the USA go to war with each other somehow in the 40's to make this happen, mainly so that the USA can find an ally to counter the Nazis in China besides the Soviets; unless by golly the Pacific War still happens in spite of the continuation of said ties.

That will happen, Japan was already on that path regardless of any European butterfly, we could see the diplomatic thing when the Germans and USA supported the Chinese against the Japanese but were at war with each other...

So it would be like Brazil where if the nazis get caught they are doomed, got it.
