Assuming the C.S.A. gains and maintains its independence, what do you guys think of the Confederate States of America establishing an African state like Liberia or Sierra Leone (both were created for the explicit purpose of sending blacks back to Africa)? Is it at all possible/plausible? Could the C.S.A. gain a colonial/imperialist foothold in Africa? Any thoughts?
