Ryujo capsizes in Fourth Fleet Incident

Ryujo suffered flooding in its hangar during the Fourth Fleet Incident. If the flooding and listing of the Ryujo were worse and Ryujo sank (because of less stability and/ or because of being extra top heavy due to load on the listing side), it would mean that the Japanese Navy would have to build a replacement for the Ryujo which shares the actual fate of Ryujo in August 1942, although the replacement would need to wait until the Japanese withdrew from the Washington and London Naval Treaties, analyse Ryujo's capsize and build the Ryujo's replacement accordingly. The Japanese would also analyse stability issues with their ships after the Fourth Fleet Incident, as in reality, but more throughly than reality.
