Can anyone make a blank map out of this, but with the adminstratorial divisions, and well, also with the Isles? Thank you!

Paint.net before I sent my pc to repair today.
Hi, I'm new here. I recently stumbled upon a Cascadia/California mashup flag called Calicadia, on reddit and I want to make a Cascadian flag in the style of California but my skill extends only to making tricolors on flag-maker so I was wondering if one of ya'll could do it. I tried to ask on R/Vexillology but the mods removed the post without offering a reason. Specifications wise, I would like the flag to have either just the Douglas fir tree on the ground like in the Calicadia flag or using the fir + whatever animal (land or bird preferably) and also keeping with the Doug flag colors. Thank you!
Why not use a stylised vision of the Great Lakes themselves as the core of this flag, possibly wrapped in a band suggesting the Great Seal of a nation?I'm looking for a flag for a country that is centered on the Great Lakes.
- Composed of three federated divisions: Michigan and Illinois on the southern shores (C: Chicago), Ontario on northern shores (C: Toronto) and lands from Ottawa to Québec under he name of Montéal (C: Montréal)
- The federal capital is Ottawa
- It gained independence from France in 1763 at the Treaty of Paris, but its linguistic and cultural composition is basically like in OTL.
Major parties
Democratic Party: Established by Michigan and Illinoisans in 1848 as the first proper party of the Great Lakes, it traditionally leans to centre-left and has been able to remain one of the major parties ever since. It's voters are mostly of the middle class. Won national election 19 times.
Conservative Party: The CP was founded in Ontario in 1854 by somewhat frustrated opponents of the establishment. It's voters are mostly of the middle class. Won national election 15 times.
Third parties
Ministerialist Party: The party found its roots in Ontario in 1854, it's mostly the party of middle class French speaking Catholics of the country. It was a major national party before 1920, and still a major party in Ontario today. Won national election 8 times.
Commonwealth Party: Founded in Ottawa in 1854, the Commonwealth Party is a centre-left to centre-right party with Red Tory elements in them among others. It's voters are mostly of the middle and working class. Won national election 8 times.
Liberal Party: Founded by Ontarians in 1861, remained a major national party before 1920, and still a major party in Ontario today. It's voters are mostly of the middle class. Won national election 8 times.
Socialist Party: Founded in Michigan and Illinois in 1898, the Socialist Party claims to be the only actual left wing party of the Great Lakes. It's voters are mostly made up by the working class of the country and many of them reside on the southern shores. Won election twice (in 1932 and 1952).
Green Party: The Green Party was founded Ottawa in 1983 and relies on voters mostly from the northern shores of St Lawrence basin and finds itself in opposition of the Social Democratic Party. It's voters are mostly of the middle class. It managed to become a member of coalition in a government twice.

I'm not necessarily looking for French inspired flags though. If you have something in mind, hmu. Bonus point, if you have idea for the three federated divisions!

I’ve been pondering the map for a Gothic Horror setting that I’m rather fond of and have been trying to puzzle out how best to convert a highly stylised “Mappa Mundi” into an actual landscape - may I please ask which thread in this part of the forum would be the most appropriate place to post such an “Ask?”
For those whose interest has been piqued, the map in question is HERE…
… and the website of the setting’s creator is here.
are you asking about a visual style or some sort of algorithm to convert "artistic map" into "real-life map" ?
Thank You!maybe keep the cascadian colours and replace the bear with a beaver (it's on the reverse of Oregon's flag.)

Hey
I want to do a TL where France is a more proeminent power, and the TTL UN/SON is called the Concert of Nations
I would like a flag for the organisation, playing on the word Concert, but I lack the imagination to come with it
If someone has an idea...
Mostly I’m seeking an expert opinion on how to rationalise the artistic flourishes on the map itself into something a bit more ‘Ordinance Survey’: Put another way, the map linked to in my original post is what I’d call a ‘PC’ map (In that it establishes atmosphere and setting in broad strokes): I’m looking for something a bit more ‘Games Master’ in the sense of allowing me to chart everything more accurately (Including distances).
How about something based on the layout of an orchestra (example) but with a globe where the conductor would be (and bigger)?Hey

Yes I was thinking at something of this kindmaybe something with a half circle to represent an orchestra pit ?
Not an expert but you could just ignore the flourishes and trace over the outline of the landmass then trace the river while allowing some randomness (straight are rarely found in nature). For the mountains, used various layers with concentric wavy lines to represent height starting with the lower parts by outlining the contour of the mountain ranges in the Artsy map. for forested areas, use green blobs. Finally, write down place names using different font for each type (ex: gotham for bodies of water, time new roman for cities, etc....) while putting a dot where cities are meant to be.
To give a quick and nasty demonstration of what I mean:
