From Spandau to another jail

With a pod after Eichmann's arrest and kidnapping from Argentina (after 21 May 1960), have the Nazis imprisoned at Spandau be transferred to another prison or court.

By the pod, Neurath was dead, Funk was dying or dead from diabetes and likely couldn't be saved from diabetes to avoid death before trial and Raeder and Donitz won't be top priority for rearrest.

This leaves Hess, Speer and Schirach as potential targets for rearrest. Hess would most likely be left in Spandau under life imprisonment, so, Speer and Schirach could be arrested by other legal personnel or secret agents and taken to court for trial after release or at the end of their prison terms and be prosecuted accordingly. By the time, the authorities most likely to deal with them will be Europeans abolishing the death penalty and who will give them (Speer and Schirach) life imprisonment at worst for crimes against humanity/ genocide/ the Holocaust, unless Speer and Schirach run into Mossad.

Would it be fine if some of them are released and they then commit somenew crime (altough pretty unlikely that they would commit anything what would cause arresting)? Otherwise I can't really see that unless they after their release are stupid enough and go to Soviet Union. But not sure if even Soviets would bother arrest them after they have suffered their sentence on Spandau.

They (Speer and Schirach) can be arrested by committing new crimes or by West German authorities knowing that Speer and Schirach, upon release from Spandau, should be transferred to a West German court to stand trial.

Note that Hess tried to commit suicide in 1977, but failed. If the attempt succeeded, Spandau Prison would be demolished 10 years early to prevent neo-Nazi pilgrimages and the saved costs and demolition profits would be used to fund Germany's economy and prisons. If Hess took advantage of Speer's and Schirach's release to commit suicide in October 1966, Spandau Prison would be demolished 20 years and 10 months early to prevent neo-Nazi pilgrimages and the saved costs and demolition profits would be used to fund Germany's economy and prisons.

Finally, note that Hess committed suicide for good and real in 1987. If Hess didn't commit suicide, he most likely would have died in 1987 or the late 1980s/ early 1990s because he was 93 at death in 1987 and was suffering from ageing and mental illness. If Hess didn't commit suicide and lived to see the Berlin Wall collapse and German reunification proceeded as in reality, would Spandau still stay operational and occupied by the 4 powers there until Hess died for good? Or would Hess be released without Spandau under the 4 powers' control?

Western powers would had already wanted release Hess earlier due high age and weak health (mentally and physically) but Soviets always gave some excuse why that couldn't be done. Actually Soviets just wanted keep some influence there. But now with Germany being unified Soviets might have not influence in Berlin anyway so they perhaps lean towards releasing of Hess. And perhaps there is already too much pressure towards them. Everybody would are yelling that it is inhumane keep already very ill and mentally nearby ruined man in prison nazi or not. At least it would happen after fall of Soviet Union but I don't think Hess living that long.
