Well Brazil and the USA are the first two that pop into my head. I don't know what the third one would be though.
I don't think they need it
The only benefit from there would be the slaves; any other resources (wood, food, iron, gold...) are found in great store in there lands, and it's not worth it to go through dangerous sea voyages just to get what you already have
