AHC: Alternate names for Bolivia

The challenge is to find an acceptable alternate name for the country of Bolivia, assuming a post-1800 PoD (i.e. after most of the colonial period has passed, and on the eve of independence) with the rules being:
1. No names like "Upper Peru" or any other name that is relative to another country.
2. No names based on Bolivar (IOTL the name "Republic of Bolivar" was considered but then changed to Bolivia).
3. No names based on specific cities or localities (so for example the region was for a bit called "Kingdom of Chuquisaca" because that's where the colonial capital was located).

Well, it's certainly a challenge. You can't even give it an ethnic name since a) the Indians are from at least 3 different major peoples and b) the Spanish upper class (one presumes there is one!) will hardly want to name their country after the Indians.

Could the name of another liberator be used? Sucre or San-thingy?

Is it possible it can be named after Columbus or someone similar

Much of Bolivia was under the Real Audiencia of Charcas in colonial times, a name that might return in the independence period AND wouldn't count as violating number 3 of your rules because Charcas was only the precolonial name that became Chuquisaca and later Sucre.

Well, the place was called Upper Peru at the time. There was no single local leader to name the country for - there were several - so scratch that. If someone else was leading revolutionary armies coming from Peru then the country may be named after that person. And if armies from Argentina had helped liberated it from the south, chances are Bolivia will become part of Argentina rather than an independent country.

Well it could be called Azurduy, as in otl the Azurduys (Juana and her husband) were incredibly prominent in the Bolivian revolutions, so the change is very plausible.

Also titi, sounds like tit so the amount of international bullying that Bolivia would get would be something that would join half the world.

Memes about Charque - llama meat jerky, or beef jerky, will be made, but they will be less embarrassing than the Titicaca related ones.

Taking on the challenge
  1. Andes (República de los Andes / Republic of the Andes)
  2. Andina (República Andina / Andean Republic)
  3. Tiahuanaco o Tiwanaku. For the Tiwanaku Empire
I know it breaks rule 3, but at the time of Bolivia's independence it could have been chosen:
  1. Charcas (República de Charcas / Republic of Charcas) - For the Spanish audiencia (Real Audiencia de Charcas) that had its seat in what is today Bolivia. OTL Sucre was the old Charcas)
