Unilateral? Didn't the guarantee to Poland come from France and Britain at the same time? While the 'guarantee' is often mentioned, the formal treaty of 30 March 1939 between Britain, France and Poland seldom gets a mention - even though it arose from a request by Poland for urgent consultations...
Voting was supposed to open on 5 July (and close on 12 July). It might be due to my advanced age, but I've not been able to spot the voting thread. Any clue?
Entries seem to be getting away from the '300 pixels maximum height' rule.
Perhaps it would help if the rule were to be included on every competition set.
I'm all for creativity but to be fair to the competitor the flags relate to the conclusion of a Spanish Civil War and I think it logical to assume that many symbols would reflect those of OTL. Below are posters and flags from that OTL conflict, when use of the hammer & sickle was widespread.

What if James I (England)/James VI (Scotland) did a bit more arm twisting than in OTL with the people drafting the King James Bible and added all or part of his treatise "A Counterblast to Tobacco" (Perhaps "Revelations Part 2 :))?
